The invention relates to the field of engine manufacturing. A device is known for supplying fuel to an internal combustion engine, comprising a fuel injection pump having a housing with bores for injection sections, each of which has a sleeve with a plunger, a crankcase with an overflow oil pipe mounted on the housing, a cam shaft with profile cams located in the crankcase, plunger pushers made with the possibility of airtight sliding in the bores of the housing, and a source of compressed air connected to the pump to turn off the fuel supply [1]. The disadvantage of this device is the design complexity. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design. This goal is achieved by the fact that the source of compressed air is connected to the crankcase of the pump, and the source of compressed air is connected to the oil overflow port of the crankcase, the pusher is equipped with a latch to prevent angular movement and an emphasis to limit movement under the action of compressed gas. The drawing shows a structural diagram of the device. The device comprises a fuel injection pump 1 having a housing 2 with bores 3 for injection sections, each of which has a sleeve 4 with a plunger 5 and a pusher 1θ 6 loaded with a spring 7. A housing 8 is fixed to the housing 8 with an overflow oil pipe 9. In the crankcase 8 times the cam shaft 10 with profile cams 11 interacting with the pushers 6. the compressed air source 12 is connected to the crankcase 8 of the pump 1, the latter being connected directly to the overflow oil pipe 9, through the pipe 13 and the three-way valve 14. The valve 14 may have manual or automatic control from a sensor 15 sensitive to speeding or engine spacing. To bleed air from the bore 3, the pump 2 is equipped with a safety valve 16. The pusher 6 is equipped with a latch 17 to prevent angular movement and an abutment 18 to limit movement under the action of compressed gas. The three-way valve 14 is equipped with a pipe 19 for connecting the oil pipe 9 with the atmosphere. The device operates as follows. Under normal conditions, when the speed of the cam shaft 10 does not exceed the maximum allowable, the source of compressed air is disconnected from the overflow oil pipe 9 of the crankcase 8 using a three-way valve 14. In this case, the cam shaft 10 interacts with the pushers 6 and this ensures the supply of fuel. When the engine speed exceeds the permissible limit, the sensor 15 switches the valve 14 to supply compressed air from the source 12 to the crankcase 8. Under the action of compressed air, the pushers b are raised, the cams 11 cease to interact with the pushers b and the fuel supply to the engine is stopped, since the plungers 5 are in a stationary position. To bring the device to its initial state, it is enough to return to the initial position valve 14, in which the source of compressed air 12 is disconnected from the overflow oil pipe, and the crankcase 8 is connected to the atmosphere. Thus, by connecting a source of compressed air directly to the crankcase of the pump, a simplified design is provided.
